Before purchasing your rope, be sure to download the "Heavy Training Rope Guidelines" sheet below. Our high quality Polydac training ropes allow you to perform classic conditioning exercises such as waves, whips, and walks. The rope is also great for tug of war. Unlike manila ropes which can be tough on the hands, Polydac material is a much safer and longer lasting alternative. Polydac does not shed, even with rigorous use. Heavy training ropes are available in two lengths (30 ft and 50 ft) and two levels of thickness (1.5 in and 2 in). All ropes are black in color.

|2 in||Much heavier than the 1.5 inch rope. Requires more strength and stamina for waves and whips. Intended for well trained athletes. Typically not recommended for youth. Two-inch diameter may be too large for some individuals.|
