The Resistance Band Exercises DVD is a series of the most effective resistance band exercises. There are two types of bands featured in the DVD: flat bands and tubing with handles. The DVD does not include workout programs, and the exercises featured are not categorized by muscle group. The exercises are shown in continuous, random fashion for up to a minute each.
