Ankle/wrist weights have many uses. The muscles must work harder to accomplish tasks such as walking, running, or jumping. Ankle weights can also be used for a number of upper body exercises such as the pull-up. The weights can also be worn around the wrist to strengthen the arms. This item is available in three resistance levels:
2 lb set (1 lb for each ankle weight)
5 lb set (2.5 lbs for each ankle weight)
10 lb set (5 lbs for each ankle weight)
